If I were to describe myself, I would have to say that I am a lifelong lover of love, peace, and fun. My path has been forged by both service and transformation by honoring where I come from and following the call to help others reconnect as I have had to do.

As a military veteran in the mental health field, I had the honor of supporting service members and their families through difficult transitions, trauma and stress. Along the way, I too, acquired some invisible wounds that caused me to lose sight of who I really am. However, these experiences ignited a deep passion for healing and for understanding the human spirit — a passion that continues to guide me today in helping you remember your own magic, peace, and resiliency.

During this journey, I have continued to heal, and grow and acquire new tools to help navigate the winding road to remembrance and healing. Through my extensive training as a trauma informed bodyworker/ massage therapist, energy worker, spiritual guide, and hypnotherapist, I’ve come to appreciate that healing is a collaborative and creative process, a return to balance, connection, and renewal. My role is to walk alongside you, honoring your unique path while sharing tools, guidance and compassion.

I believe we all have the medicine we need to heal ourselves within us already. However, sometimes it doesn’t hurt to have someone cheering you on and holding a safe space as you find your own path home.

It is an honor to be able to share through my services and lovingly handmade spiritual tools. I specialize and offer a wide range of services remotely through hypnotherapy, Reiki, and intuitive Oracle readings. I also accept commissioned work in creating and awakening hand drums, rattles and smudge fans. I am currently not accepting intuitive trauma informed massage clients at this time.
